The table you want,
the moment it opens.
Tell Concierge the restaurants you want, when, and for how many. It watches around the clock and sends you straight to the booking page the moment a table opens.

From cancellation to confirmed, in seconds
Hard tables rarely come from the scheduled drop. They come from the cancellation nobody announces. This is what happens when one lands.
A table for two cancels
Someone releases their 8:00 pm at Carbone. It reappears on Resy with no announcement.
Biter is watching
Concierge is watching around the clock, so the opening is caught within a second of appearing.
Your phone buzzes, seconds later
The push carries the restaurant, the time, the party size and a link straight to the booking page.
Table open at CarbonenowTonight 8:00 PM, party of 2. Tap to book on Resy.
You confirm on Resy
You book in your own account, under the restaurant’s normal terms. Biter never holds or resells a table.
What Concierge does

Every table you want, set up at once
Tap every restaurant you want, set your party size, your dates and your hours, and you are done. Ten restaurants take the same few seconds as one. On the booking platforms you would set each alert separately, restaurant by restaurant, date by date.

Find a table tonight
Searching for somewhere good at the last minute? Concierge looks across the top restaurants in your city for live availability on the date, time and party size you give it, then sends you to book.

Start from your Hitlist
Anything you have saved from TikTok, Instagram or a friend lives on your Hitlist already. Open it in Biter and set the watch from there. No retyping restaurant names into another app.

Ask the assistant
Unlimited chat for the part before the booking: where to take your parents, what to order at the place you finally got into, what is open late near the theater.
The built-in alerts tell you after it’s gone. Concierge tells you first.
Anyone who has used Resy Notify or OpenTable Notify Me knows the pattern: the alert comes late, if it comes at all, and by the time you tap, the table is gone. Concierge is built to get there first. When your phone buzzes, the table is still open.

| When the push arrives | Often after the table is already gone | While the table is still open |

Questions people ask before they subscribe
What is Biter Concierge?
Concierge is the part of Biter+ that watches restaurants for you. Pick every restaurant you want, your dates, a time window and a party size, all in one go, and Biter watches them around the clock. The moment a matching table opens you get a push notification with a link to book it. It also includes unlimited chat with the Biter assistant for picking where to eat.
Which reservation platforms does Concierge watch?
Resy, OpenTable and SevenRooms, which between them run the booking for almost every hard-to-get restaurant in the cities Concierge covers. Tock is not watched yet.
Does Biter book the table for me?
No. Biter finds the opening and sends you straight to it on Resy, OpenTable or SevenRooms, where you confirm the reservation in your own account under the restaurant’s normal terms. Biter never holds, buys or resells reservations.
How is this different from Resy Notify or OpenTable Notify Me?
Those built-in alerts can be set for as many restaurants as you like, but each one is its own setup on its own platform for its own date, and in practice they tend to arrive after the table is gone. Concierge is built to reach you while it is still open. It also lets you set up as many restaurants as you want in one go, in the seconds it takes to set one alert, never stops looking, and works from the Hitlist you already keep in Biter.
Which cities is Concierge live in?
Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Miami and Las Vegas, with more on the way. Alerts work for any restaurant on a supported platform; the city list is where live table search and the hard-table guides are available.
Can I watch a restaurant I saved from TikTok or Instagram?
Yes. Anything on your Hitlist that takes reservations on Resy, OpenTable or SevenRooms can be watched. Open the restaurant in Biter and set the alert from there.
Is an alert a guaranteed reservation?
No. An alert means a matching table was available when Biter checked. Popular openings can be claimed by someone else within seconds, which is why Concierge checks so often and sends you directly to the booking page.
What does Biter+ cost?
Biter+ is $15 a month or $134.99 a year, with two weeks free to start. You subscribe inside the app. Every core Biter feature, including ratings, the Hitlist and sharing, stays free.
